The new legislation 243/2013/T/EEL has been published “Further effects on the net-feeding energy-producing systems to guarantee the security of the national grid network. Changes on the legislation of the AEEG (Autorità dell’energia elettrica e del gas) 84/2012/R/EEL“.
In accordance with the new provisions there will be further retrofit actions, which will bring the frequency range to 49-51 Hz.
Here in detail the changes the new legislation will bring:
- Systems, that are connected to the LV net since March 31st 2012 and with a power of over 20 kW, must adapt within June 30th 2014
- Systems, that are connected to the MV net since March 31st 2012 and with a power of up to 50 kW, must adapt within June 30th 2014
- Systems, that are connected to the LV net since March 31st 2012 and with a power of 6 kW to 20 kW, must adapt within June 30th 2015
The adjustment is affecting the Article 5th of Annex A70, but contrary to what it’s written there, the energy generation systems must stay connected in the frequency range of 49-51 Hz.
The network operator have to inform the owner of the energy generating systems within March 31st 2012, that they have to transmit a new form regarding the procedural rule, signed by an authorized technician, after the adjusting on the new frequency range.
If there won’t be the adjustment within the prescribed period and after the reminder from the network operator, there will be an annulment of the eventually applied funds “Scambio Sul Posto”, “Ritiro Dedicato” or funds from “Conto Energia”.
